90 days to try

You can try TheraMotion products at home for 90 calendar days from delivery. If you're not satisfied, just let us know no later than day 90 after delivery. You don't need to give a reason for the return.

How to return a product

1. Email us at info@thera-motion.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back with all its parts within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds

We'll refund you using your original payment method no later than 14 days after you notify us of the return.

Return shipping

For returns due to dissatisfaction, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

What isn't covered

Our voluntary 90-day guarantee doesn't cover made-to-order products or free gifts. This does not limit your statutory rights in any way – including your right to withdraw from the purchase and to make a claim for faulty goods.
